I am trying to create geofences for all my users, is there a way to give every one access to certain geofences?
I am using the remote api.

geofences belong to resources, so here this is about rights to the latters.
Just create geofences you'd like to give rights to in one resource
then use requests to share rights to the mentioned above resource with users (with required flags, for example 0×0000001000000)
itemID = resource ID is the same for both request types in this case
Note: having given rights to resource you share rights to all geofences in, in order to give rights to certain geofonces the supposed resource must contain them only
