HI GT

The Notice Board is great when we want to inform customers about some cases or send them messages but I believe it would be more useful if you do below changes in it:

1. Now we can set only the time for notices and if during that time any user doesn't login to the system will miss the message. It would be great if you add an option to that to keep the message till the user login and read it.

2. Now users just see the message and if they suddenly close them can't review messages and will miss them. It would be great if we have an feature (like in user's settings in a separate tab) to review messages that has been send to them.

Thanks for your suggestions, they sound very reasonable.

Could you please elaborate more on how often do you use the Notice Board for your users? What are the types of messages that you send to them, what do you inform them about?

We actually do not receive any ideas for improvements of this functionality, that's why it is even hard to estimate how popular this functionality is and what are the use cases it covers. So I would be happy to continue this conversation with you to learn more and see how is it possible to enhance this module.

In the meantime, I will add this suggestions to the list of feature ideas and will gather other ideas from partners concerning Notice Board.

Could you please elaborate more on how often do you use the Notice Board for your users? What are the types of messages that you send to them, what do you inform them about?

We use that for informing users about new solutions, commercial offers, unavailability of services due planned infrastructures maintenance, etc.
It's great that users can review them but it's also great if the top user can remove some messages from the history of users (in batch, not one-by one) as sometimes there are some mistakes (simply like miss spelling) and we want to remove that message and resend another correct one.
