Topic: Reports usage by user

Usage would be to see what type of reports are clients using, which means that we need to have usage by user.

This kind of information can provide us what kinds of reports are popular, what is not, and based on that we can improve the quality of the information provided in the reports. This feature will be used to analyze client usage.

The second usage that would be great to have is how employees in technical support resolving the issue, how they analyze data, which parameters they are searching in raw messages, based on that information we can see how they are thinking and how to improve their thinking.

For investigation causes knowing which reports the users executed is very important, I agree with predrag.nikolic.

The second part of request raises more questions than the first one. Do you think it is possible to share with us your vision on what is the algorithm of making an investigation when trying to solve the customer's issue? What data your employees mostly address?

Without these data it is hard to understand what you really need.
