Notifications with Special Parameters in Notification Name

Many users have asked for the ability to use the special parameters, such as %Driver% or %Unit% in the Name of the notification, so it will be displayed in the subject of the email.  This is particularly useful for users monitoring many units, in order to easily identify key information in the email preview.
