Topic: Outsourcing Technical Assistance
Looking for a bit of advice as to outsourcing assistance from time-to-time for maximising the use of the Wialon platform and additionally add on equipment plus report building. Particularly while we a new to Wialon and still learning - a lot by trial and error.
Primarily we use 95% CalAmp equipment for our customers and continue to review other brands that are Wialon compatible.
Can anyone recommend someone for technical service assistance that are experts with Wialon, particularly reports/codes and GPS devices including add on equipment for things such as fuel, driver ID, etc.?
