Looking for Developer

We urgently need a developer who has an intimate knowledge of the wialon SDK Remote API, Jquery and PHP  and who can impliment a basic tracking  user interface with the following features.

1) Plotting of vehicles with labels below marker of selected vehicles on Google Maps or WebGIS,
2) Tracks of selected vehicles.
3) Track player of selected vehicles.
4) Create Geofence,
5) Create POI
