is there is a possibility to trigger an alarm if the unit wan inside a group for more than 5 min for example
or it it sends more than 50 message to the server in a certain time.

Regarding your first question I have doubt that Wialon has such a function. But regarding second one, yes, Wialon has it. Please check below URL for more information:

as described in the link it's for sms messages only not the default messages that is send to the server

No, there is a possibility to set Data Messages (data which are coming from device, what you exactly mean) as criteria. Please double check the link I provided to you.
