Making the tooltip feature more customisble.

We would like to request the following feature.

We would like to request if it is possible to enable or disable the tooltip function as well as to manage the size of the tooltip.

Reason:
i)We have a few clients that find the tooltip very intrusive when they hover over their fleet and would like to know if it is possible with the option to selectively enable or disable tooltip feature.
ii) If it is possible to manage the size of the tooltip to be smaller depending on the client's preference as well maybe to lock the tooltip to a space on the screen rather than it popping up next to your mouse cursor.

What will happen if we get this feature?
The end user will find the worklist less intrusive with the tooltip being disabled if it is their choice whilst hovering over their fleet.
