New user I setup can not log in :(

Topic: New user I setup can not log in :(

I have a test account and have  couple of trackers on it.

I set up a new user called Steve ( no the real login name) I gave Steve manage access on the 2 trackers.

i logged out of the test account an tried to login as Steve. It said username password invaild.

Do I need to do anything else to activate the account?

Response Computing,
you can create new users at demo account. I've just checked and it works fine. Please check the following:
1. how you type login and password
2. if Enabled option is activated at user's properties

I tried again and found that the username is case sensitive!
