Unit group log details is not displayed when using unit group log template reports but I modified the unit related details we can able to see in unit log reports. Please guide me, How to see the log details for unit group.

ramesh, we'll try to find solution for this situation and notify you then.
ramesh, we've checked log table in report for unit group and it shows logs for each unit. If you need to get logs of unit group itself set such option in table.
If you still can't get correct results in report provide please in private message details of problem (screenshots) and user name, report name, group name.
