If the requirement is just to see connection loss and inactive units have a look at this app

It may solve the problem easily without the need for creating reports and notifications.

It's not clear. Could you give more details about this report? Why do you need it and how are you planning to use it? Could you provide some use cases?

sometimes some units don't update for 24 hours because maybe in parking or enter weak coverage like desert . and my customer need to know those units via mails . first we created no connection notification for all units and sent this notification via mail.
he says he want all units that no update for 24 hours in one table like report .
so if gurtam making filtering for "unit latest data" table to select the units that not update for 6 hours or 24 hours . it will be a good idea to know the customer which units need maintenance early .
