Get idling events

Hey I'm just starting to familiarize myself with the Remote API and had a question about idling.

I have found in the actual platform how to get idling events lasting more than 5 minutes through the reports tab, but I want to also be able to do that through the Remote API without having to create a report template.

Is there a way to get all idling events (lasting more than 5 minutes) per vehicle over a specified time interval without using a report template?
