Send photos from the phone.

Good day,
We are developing a mobile app but I would like to integrate the function of sending photos to the platform as WiaTag does, there is some method or how to do this step.

We want to implement the part of capturing a photo with the cell phone and sending it to the platform.

Any ideas or suggestions would be helpful, please.
